Enjoy the appearance of a green, well-kept lawn without the ongoing demands of natural grass with artificial turf installation from Pro Landscaping of Wash Park. We install synthetic grass for residential properties throughout Wash Park and Denver, creating clean and functional outdoor areas designed for everyday use.

Artificial turf can be used for front yards, backyards, side yards, play areas, and other spaces where maintaining natural grass can be challenging. Professional turf installation provides a consistent surface without regular mowing, fertilizing, or the same watering requirements associated with a traditional lawn.

Pro Landscaping of Wash Park provides residential artificial turf installation throughout Washington Park, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, and Denver. Artificial grass can be installed as a standalone improvement or incorporated into a larger landscape design alongside xeriscaping, paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.

What Is Artificial Turf Installation?

Artificial turf installation is the process of preparing an outdoor area and installing synthetic grass to create the appearance and functionality of a maintained lawn. Modern artificial turf provides homeowners with a practical alternative to natural grass for areas where reducing maintenance and water use is a priority.

A professional installation involves much more than simply laying synthetic grass over an existing surface. Proper site preparation, grading, base construction, drainage considerations, cutting, joining, and securing the turf all contribute to a clean appearance and durable finished surface.

When Is Artificial Turf Installation Necessary?

Artificial turf installation can be a practical choice when natural grass is difficult or costly to maintain, receives heavy use, struggles in challenging areas, or requires more watering and lawn care than you prefer. It is also popular with homeowners who want low-maintenance landscaping that maintains a consistently neat appearance throughout the year.

Backyard turf installation can also complement patios, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other outdoor living features. For Denver homeowners planning a broader landscape renovation, artificial grass can be combined with drought-tolerant landscaping and hardscaping to reduce traditional lawn areas while keeping usable green space.

What Is Required to Complete Artificial Turf Installation?

A successful artificial turf installation begins with evaluating the area, measuring the space, and considering existing ground conditions, grading, drainage, access, and how the finished area will be used. The appropriate preparation method can then be determined before the synthetic turf is installed.

Installation generally requires removing existing grass or surface materials, preparing and compacting a suitable base, establishing proper grading, positioning the turf, creating clean seams and edges, and securing the finished surface. Pro Landscaping of Wash Park focuses on careful preparation and professional installation to create artificial lawns that look clean, feel functional, and complement the surrounding landscape.
